新股配售 | 新希望服務一手中籤率50.01%，國配1.78倍，公開4.75倍，有綠鞋，穩價人是農銀國際
uSMART盈立智投5月24日消息，新希望服務公佈中籤結果，並將於16:15-18:30進行暗盤交易。
【配售小結】
①下限定價：以每股3.8港元下限定價，發行市值爲30.4億港元，2021年中國物業百強公司中排名第44。物業板塊自3月份底部整體反彈約40%，但是龍頭物業和中小型物業走勢分化，二級市場將如何看待新希望服務，有待觀察。
②有綠鞋，穩價人是農銀國際：新希望服務僅吸引不到1.5萬人申購，公開認購只有4.75倍，由於小於15倍，無回撥，最終公開佔比10%。
國配已超額分配3000萬股股份，有15%的綠鞋，穩價人是農銀國際，農銀國際是銀行、地產、物業類IPO的"老朋友"了，近2年參與了15個項目，首日戰績：2平4敗9勝。
作爲穩價人，對於沒有回撥的項目，農銀國際首日護盤力度尚可，最新的穩價項目爲上坤地產(無回撥，首日收漲0.88%)、金輝控股(無回撥，首日收漲1.4%)、合景悠活(回撥30%，首日收跌23%)。

1、發售價：3.8港元，爲招股價區間(3.8-4.7港元)的下限
2、一手市值：3800港元，每手1000股
3、有效申購人數：14,792名(甲組：14,786名，乙組：6名）
4、中籤概況：一手中籤率50.01%，申購10手穩中1手，甲尾中25手，乙頭中1500手，無頂頭槌單
5、公開認購倍數：4.75倍(甲組：8.51倍，乙組：1倍）
6、國際發售：1.78倍，合共130名承配人，前25名承配人合共鎖定90.87%的發行股份
7、超額配股權：國配已超額分配3000萬股股份，有綠鞋
8、穩定價格操作人：農銀國際
9、回撥情況：無回撥，最終公開佔比10%，國配90%
10、基石投資者(6名)：海王星、Green Better、鼎睿再保險、四川國際投資、Keltic、Golden Star，合共認購50.3%的發行股份
