《盈警响号》三和建筑(03822.HK)料本年度转蚀最少3,000万元
三和建筑(03822.HK)发盈警,预计截至今年3月31日止本年度,将录得不少於3,000万港元的净亏损,而上年度则录得净溢利。产生该预计净亏损主要由於期内的合同收入比上年度减少超过60%所致。
集团指,基於医院扩建、机场物流中心、将军澳跨湾连接路工程项目竣工,以及西九文化区和启德发展区等新项目的工程在本年度的下半年才进行,之间的过渡期导致上半年的工程收入下跌超过一半,令本年度上半年已录得4,300万元净亏损。随着更多工程项目开展,期内下半年的情况已改善,并指财务状况维持稳健,於今年3月31日的净负债比率预期为零。
