格隆匯5月25日丨周黑鴨(1458.HK)漲6.44%,報9.91港元,總市值236億港元。中金公司發佈最新研報,維持周黑鴨2021、22年盈利預測。預計2022年公司收入和利潤分別同增28%/50%,當前公司交易在23倍2022年PE,估值合理。維持目標價11港幣不變,對應28倍2022年市盈率和18%上行空間。重申跑贏行業評級。海通證券此前發佈研報稱,預計2021-2023 年歸母淨利潤分別為5.13/6.98/8.44 億元。考慮到公司商業模式升級以及全渠道佈局的發展,給予公司40-50 倍PE(2021E)估值,對應合理價值區間10.26-12.82港元/股,首次覆蓋並給予“優於大市”評級。
