正榮地產(06158.HK)贖回及註銷今年到期10億人幣優先票據
正榮地產(06158.HK)公布,就公司於去年8月發行的10億元人民幣2021年到期年息7.4%的優先票據,
已通知去年8月人民幣受託人所有未償還去年8月人民幣票據均將於下月29日悉數贖回,贖回價相等於所贖回票據的本金額,另加直至贖回日期的應計及未付利息。所有已贖回去年8月人民幣票據均將注銷,公司將申請撤回去年8月人民幣票據的上市。
