中國旭陽集團(01907.HK)預期前四個月純利大幅增長
格隆匯5月24日丨中國旭陽集團(01907.HK)公佈，基於對集團截至2021年4月30日止四個月的未經審核綜合管理賬目的初步審閲，集團焦炭製造及精細化工產品製造業務的表現較截至2020年6月30日止六個月("上一中期期間")顯著改善。集團預期該期間純利將較上一中期期間增長超過250%，主要源於：
(1)集團作為全球最大的獨立焦炭生產及供應商，在新冠肺炎疫情後經濟復甦、需求提振和供給側改革的背景下，集團於該期間的焦炭平均售價持續上升，集團的焦炭產品的平均售價於該期間急升至每噸約人民幣2,330元(上一中期期間：每噸約人民幣1,590元)，煤炭成本保持穩定，每噸約人民幣1,000元，導致集團的焦炭產品與原材料之間的價差不斷擴大；
(2)集團通過收購合併、運營管理服務等方式進一步持續擴充產能。集團於2021年1月完成收購蕪湖順日信澤股權投資合夥企業(有限合夥)(其直接持有六間焦炭及化工產品企業)，該等企業對集團的該期間純利貢獻約人民幣2.60億元；及
(3)在芳烴類化工產品領域的長期研發及投入下，集團的產業鏈得而延伸至更高端的新材料產品，其中己內酰胺及苯乙烯於該期間之貢獻均較上一中期期間有所增加。
公司相信，基於中國碳達峯和碳中和目標的背景下，中國焦炭行業持續進行供給側改革，加速產業整合和產業結構優化調整，焦炭供需關係緊張形勢將會持續支持焦炭製造業務提升，精細化工產品製造業務通過產業延伸和技術研發創新提高競爭力，加上運營管理業務穩步增長，均為集團業務發展帶來新機遇。公司將繼續把握市場機會，通過多方式增長，多產業發展，多區域佈局，實現集團業績持續穩步提升。然而，公司焦炭產品的市場價格乃隨市場焦炭價格的波動影響，可能會有大幅的波動。集團於期間的純利增長並不確保集團於截至2021年6月30日止六個月乃至2021年全年的業績持續大幅的增長。
