格隆汇5月24日丨滔搏(06110.HK)公布年度业绩，截至2020年2月28日止12个月，公司收入为360.090亿元人民币，同比增长6.88%；公司拥有人应占净利润为27.701亿元，同比增长20.26%；每股盈利为44.67分，末期股息每股普通股人民币12.00分。
收入增长主要是由于门店业绩进一步提升、直营门店毛销售面积增加，以及批发业务规模的增长；但整体的规模增长受到2020年初爆发的疫情所影响。
年内，受疫情影响，公司的直营门店总数同比录得净减少，但得益于"新增店铺的优选+存量店铺的优化"策略的持续巩固，以及大店策略的稳步执行，总销售面积同比逆势增长。通过跨场景触达，整体会员规模持续扩张。同时，以"精准+高效"为目的数位字转型稳步推进。整体盈利能力再次实现了高质量成长与突破。
年内，公司仍然持续聚焦直营零售实体门店网络的优化和优选，加快关闭低产和亏损店铺。同时，公司积极与品牌合作伙伴携手，改造升级经验证备更高销售潜力的门店，提供更加优质的互动式消费体验，巩固自身零售网络优势。于2021年2月28日，公司运营的8,006家直营店铺网络，已覆盖全国1至7线的超过350个城市。
于2021年2月28日，与2020年2月29日相比，公司的直营实体门店总数净减少389家，毛销售面积同比增加4.1%。就单店面积而言，150平方米及以上面积的店铺占持续提升。其中，300平方米以上大店数目占比9.4%，较2020年2月29日相比，提升2.1个百分点。
作为集中和完整呈现公司会员管理和服务功能的主要载体，于2020年2月14日上线的滔搏运动app，于2021年2月28日的累计用户规模突破2.7百万。app集内容营销、线上购物、和会员服务等功能于一体。特别是财年下半年新增的在线社区板块"滔Ker"，会员不仅可以分享藏鞋秘笈、结交同道，还可以参与各种主题活动，打造线上运动生活方式社区。
于2021年2月28日，公司的累计注册会员数达至40.9百万人。在截至2021年2月28日的最新季度中，会员贡献的店内零售总额(含增值税)比例为95.3%，持续保持在较高水平。
