微盟(02013.HK)擬折讓6.6%配股 且建議發行3億美元可換股債券
微盟(02013.HK)公布,計劃配售1.56億股股份,佔擴大後股本6.4%,每股配售價為15元,較昨日收市價折讓6.6%。
此外,公司建議發行於2026年到期的3億美元零息有擔保可換股債券,初步換股價每股21元,如獲悉數兌換,可兌換為最多1.11億股新股。
公司預計配股及發行債券集資淨額分別為23.1億元及2.94億美元,所得款項淨額用於提升集團的全面研發實力、升級集團的營銷體系、為潛在戰略投資及併購補充資金、補充營運資金及一般公司用途。
