微盟(02013.HK)拟折让6.6%配股 且建议发行3亿美元可换股债券
微盟(02013.HK)公布,计划配售1.56亿股股份,占扩大後股本6.4%,每股配售价为15元,较昨日收市价折让6.6%。
此外,公司建议发行於2026年到期的3亿美元零息有担保可换股债券,初步换股价每股21元,如获悉数兑换,可兑换为最多1.11亿股新股。
公司预计配股及发行债券集资净额分别为23.1亿元及2.94亿美元,所得款项净额用於提升集团的全面研发实力、升级集团的营销体系、为潜在战略投资及并购补充资金、补充营运资金及一般公司用途。
