碧桂园(02007.HK)料毛利率有改善空间
碧桂园(02007.HK)首席财务官兼副总裁伍碧君表示,对於物业公司碧桂园服务(06098.HK)被纳入恒生指数感到开心,说明得到市场的认可,近两年市场认为地产行业从「成长期」进入「成熟期」,所以大家有观望态度,股价明显有徘徊的过程,股价迟早会上去。
公司管理层表示,毛利率在行业中还是维持在稳定水平,去年毛利率跌至22%,主要是2017至2018年部分低毛利项目进入交付期,相信销售毛利率已於2020年上半年见底,而去年下半年已明显回升,未来毛利率有明显改善空间。
