佳兆業集團(01638.HK)擬發行3億美元2026到期優先票據
格隆匯5月25日丨佳兆業集團(01638.HK)宣佈,於2021年5月24日,公司及附屬公司擔保人與瑞信、德意志銀行、中信銀行(國際)、海通國際、匯豐、民銀資本、中銀國際、巴克萊、國泰君安國際、渣打銀行、瑞銀、佳兆業金融集團、金利豐證券、富昌證券及鴻升證券就票據發行訂立購買協議。
待若干完成條件達成後,公司將發行本金總額為3億美元的票據,除非根據票據條款提前贖回,否則其將於2026年6月1日到期。公司擬將票據發行所得款項淨額用於將於一年內到期的現有中長期離岸債務再融資。
