格隆匯5月24日丨滔搏(06110.HK)公佈年度業績，截至2020年2月28日止12個月，公司收入為360.090億元人民幣，同比增長6.88%；公司擁有人應占淨利潤為27.701億元，同比增長20.26%；每股盈利為44.67分，末期股息每股普通股人民幣12.00分。
收入增長主要是由於門店業績進一步提升、直營門店毛銷售面積增加，以及批發業務規模的增長；但整體的規模增長受到2020年初爆發的疫情所影響。
年內，受疫情影響，公司的直營門店總數同比錄得淨減少，但得益於"新增店鋪的優選+存量店鋪的優化"策略的持續鞏固，以及大店策略的穩步執行，總銷售面積同比逆勢增長。通過跨場景觸達，整體會員規模持續擴張。同時，以"精準+高效"為目的數位字轉型穩步推進。整體盈利能力再次實現了高質量成長與突破。
年內，公司仍然持續聚焦直營零售實體門店網絡的優化和優選，加快關閉低產和虧損店鋪。同時，公司積極與品牌合作伙伴攜手，改造升級經驗證備更高銷售潛力的門店，提供更加優質的互動式消費體驗，鞏固自身零售網絡優勢。於2021年2月28日，公司運營的8,006家直營店鋪網絡，已覆蓋全國1至7線的超過350個城市。
於2021年2月28日，與2020年2月29日相比，公司的直營實體門店總數淨減少389家，毛銷售面積同比增加4.1%。就單店面積而言，150平方米及以上面積的店鋪佔持續提升。其中，300平方米以上大店數目佔比9.4%，較2020年2月29日相比，提升2.1個百分點。
作為集中和完整呈現公司會員管理和服務功能的主要載體，於2020年2月14日上線的滔搏運動app，於2021年2月28日的累計用户規模突破2.7百萬。app集內容營銷、線上購物、和會員服務等功能於一體。特別是財年下半年新增的在線社區板塊"滔Ker"，會員不僅可以分享藏鞋祕笈、結交同道，還可以參與各種主題活動，打造線上運動生活方式社區。
於2021年2月28日，公司的累計註冊會員數達至40.9百萬人。在截至2021年2月28日的最新季度中，會員貢獻的店內零售總額(含增值税)比例為95.3%，持續保持在較高水平。
