首鋼股份(000959.SZ)：與騰訊雲簽署戰略合作協議
格隆匯5月24日丨首鋼股份(000959.SZ)公佈，公司於2021年5月24日與騰訊雲計算(北京)有限責任公司(“騰訊雲”)簽署了《戰略合作協議》。
公司與騰訊雲按照國家加速實施創新驅動發展的戰略導向，共同推動雙方在更高層次、更廣領域、更深內涵的戰略合作，實現優勢互補，共同發展。
此次協議簽署，有助於公司建設數字經濟基礎設施及工業互聯網，有助於推動雲計算、大數據、區塊鏈、產業金融等技術在公司及上下遊產業鏈相關業務落地，促進數字化生態體系建設，打造鋼鐵行業數字化轉型標杆樣板。
雙方的合作重點包括但不限於以下內容：
1.工業互聯網領域
圍繞新經濟環境下鋼鐵企業數字化轉型升級方向，騰訊雲發揮並利用在互聯網領域的先進經驗及平台支撐能力，首鋼股份發揮在複雜製造業工控自動化、信息化等方面的技術和人才優勢，基於雙方稟賦，打造鋼鐵行業特色工業互聯網平台，推動智能化技術應用向核心生產環節滲透，提升鋼鐵製造業競爭力。
2.區塊鏈領域
騰訊雲區塊鏈技術與業務國內領先，與首鋼集團有限公司同為首批北京區塊鏈數字基礎共同體聯盟成員。面向北京市區塊鏈創新發展行動計劃，首鋼股份作為首鋼集團有限公司信息化應用核心企業，與騰訊雲發揮各自技術與產業優勢，形成生態合作伙伴關係，共建區塊鏈科技創新與產業發展融合互動的新體系。
3.產業金融領域
在新基建、產業數字化成為國家戰略的背景下，共同推進產融平台建設，開展基於首鋼供應鏈生態的金融產品和服務創新，全面實現首鋼鋼鐵供應鏈管理能力升級。通過區塊鏈、雲計算、大數據等先進技術的應用，共同建設雲端智慧供應鏈金融平台，實現首鋼內部各生態體系的有機整合及業務串聯。
4.數字經濟基礎設施建設領域
共同加強數字經濟基礎設施建設，為工業互聯網、雲計算、金融、通訊及公共服務等領域提供數字經濟基礎設施保障。
5.企業經營管理方面
結合企業數字化轉型的新方向，雙方就數字化技術應用、經營管理、人才培養等方面開展交流合作，雙方業務專家互訪授課，增進雙方對各自領域的理解，促進合作共贏。
