廣匯能源(600256.SH)：成立廣匯碳科技公司擬投建二氧化碳捕集(CCUS)及驅油項目
格隆匯5月24日丨廣匯能源(600256.SH)公佈，近日，公司與全資子公司新疆廣匯化工銷售有限公司(“廣匯化工銷售公司”)在新疆哈密市伊吾縣共同認繳出資設立新疆廣匯碳科技綜合利用有限公司(“廣匯碳科技公司”)。公司認繳出資佔比99%，廣匯化工銷售公司認繳出資佔比1%，公司對廣匯碳科技公司具有100%的絕對控制權。目前，廣匯碳科技公司已辦理完成工商註冊登記手續，並取得伊吾縣市場監督管理局頒發的《營業執照》。
二氧化碳減排主要有三種途徑：一是提高能源利用效率，二是開發清潔能源，三是進行二氧化碳捕集及封存即CCUS。公司致力於統籌轉型升級與減碳進程、結構優化與碳排放控制，在上述三個減排途徑方面均已有所作為，在開發清潔能源上重點發展液化天然氣LNG業務，在提高能源利用效率上建成年產40萬噸/年荒煤氣制乙二醇項目，下一步將在二氧化碳捕集、封存及利用領域形成新的產業優勢，積極探索氫能源領域全產業鏈發展，致力於轉型成為傳統化石能源與綠色新型能源相結合的能源綜合開發企業。
公司以“碳減排”作為重要抓手，立足新疆油氣資源開發對二氧化碳驅油項目的現實迫切需求，圍繞現有產業發展格局，集中優勢力量，結合最佳的原料供應、生產製造及市場需求等應用場景，通過引入國內領先的二氧化碳捕集(CCUS)應用技術，初步擬定在哈密淖毛湖區域合適位置投資建設二氧化碳捕集及驅油示範項目一座，通過新建管道運輸至區位毗鄰乃至輻射周邊的油田用以實施驅油生產，該示範裝置建設成功後，公司還將積極主導和推動周邊的碳排放企業共同合作開發整體環新疆區域的二氧化碳捕集(CCUS)及驅油項目，預計可幫助新疆在產的煤炭及煤化工企業共同實現二氧化碳減排措施，並使新疆的油田整體採收率提升10-30%。
公司成立廣匯碳科技公司旨在專項負責二氧化碳捕集(CCUS)及驅油項目的前期準備等相關工作，可充分發揮出公司在空氣產品方面所擁有的豐富經驗，及在生產氮氣、氧化、氫氣等方面所均具有的成熟工藝技術及產品規模。公司可為CCUS項目的實施提供最佳的原料供應、生產製造、市場需求等具有獨特核心競爭力的應用場景，具備二氧化碳資源及市場區位優勢，成本優勢更為凸顯，具有良好的經濟效益；同時，CCUS項目實施後能大規模實現二氧化碳有效的清潔利用或地下封存，可降低温室氣體排放，具有良好的環保和社會效益。
根據初步確定的工作思路，廣匯碳科技公司成立後，將積極開展各項前期工作，充分利用公司現有優勢，積極推動項目實施。根據初步項目投資測算，在公司已具備的基礎設施條件下，以100萬噸規模二氧化碳捕集及驅油示範項目為例，CCUS總投資額預計不超過5億元人民幣，其中包含：二氧化碳捕集裝置、輸氣管道以及驅油設施投資，(實際投資以最終確定的項目規模及可行性研究報吿提供的投資概算為準)。該項目屬於國家產業支持目錄中第三大類資源節約與循環利用類，投資規模不大，資金可通過自有資金及申請綠色融資等方式進行籌措。
