中交地產(000736.SZ):擬與中交第四公路工程局設啟晨置業 以開發建設雄安新區XAQD-0023號地塊項目
格隆匯5月24日丨中交地產(000736.SZ)公佈,公司與關聯方中交第四公路工程局有限公司於2021年4月13日聯合競得河北雄安新區起步區XAQD-0023號地塊國有建設用地使用權,聯合體中公司佔比70%,中交第四公路工程局有限公司佔比30%。為更好地推進項目建設,公司擬與上述合作方共同投資設立河北雄安啟晨置業有限公司(名稱以以市場監督管理部門最終核實為準,“啟晨置業”)對上述地塊進行開發建設。擬設立的啟晨置業註冊資本11億元人民幣,各股東方擬出資額及股權比例情況如下:

河北雄安新區XAQD-0023號地塊項目,用地規模:總佔地14.90萬平方米,容積率不高於1.93,地上建築面積不超過24.15萬平方米。
項目主要開發及經營內容:商品住房、共有產權住房、政策性租賃住房、機構租賃住房及商業、旅館等房建項目的開發、建設、移交、銷售和經營。
雄安新區作為國家級新區,地處北京、天津、保定腹地,區位優勢明顯,市場前景良好;此次與關聯方共同投資設立項目公司進行開發建設,有利於貫徹公司區域發展戰略,擴大公司經營規模,推動公司主營業務房地產開發的可持續發展;合作關聯方具備資金、專業及資源方面較強的實力,此次合作有利於進一步發揮資源整合優勢,實現優勢互補,增強公司市場競爭能力。
