上海复旦(01385.HK)逆市续涨8.6%创三个月高 首季亏转赚8,639万人民币
上海复旦微电子(01385.HK)披露回归上交所科创板上市的财务资料显示,首季业绩亏转赚8,639万人民币,该股五连涨,今早高见13.12元,创逾三个月高,半日收12.68元,逆市续升8.6%,半日成交续增至220万股,涉资2,791万元。
上海复旦披露回归A股上市招股书文件显示,拟发行不超过1.23亿股A股於上交所科创板上市,占发行後总股本比例不超过15%,集资所得将用作芯片研发和产业化项目,以及发展与科技储备资金。
此外,上海复旦未经审核今年首季纯利8,639万人民币(下同),扭转去年同期亏损3,961万元,营收按年升97.6%至5.02亿元;若扣除非经常性损益之纯利约7,119万元(去年同期亏损4,070万元)。同时预计,今年上半年纯利介乎1.5-1.7亿人民币,按年增近1.5-1.8倍,总营收10.5-12亿人民币,按年升约45%-66%。
