新希望服務(03658.HK)香港公開發售獲超購3.75倍 預期5月25日上市
格隆匯5月24日丨新希望服務(03658.HK)發佈公吿，發售價已按每股發售股份3.80港元釐定，預期股份將於2021年5月25日上午九時正開始在聯交所買賣，股份將以每手1,000股股份為單位進行買賣。按發售價每股發售股份3.80港元計算，公司將收取的全球發售所得款項淨額估計約為7.07億港元。
根據香港公開發售接獲合共14,792份有效申請，涉及合共9507.3萬股，相當於香港發售股份總數2000萬股約4.75倍。由於香港公開發售的超額認購少於15倍，概無發售股份由國際發售重新分配至香港公開發售。香港公開發售的發售股份最終數目為2000萬股，相當於任何超額配股權獲行使前根據全球發售初步可供認購發售股份總數的10.0%。
國際發售初步提呈發售的發售股份已獲適度超額認購，及國際發售中的超額認購相當於國際發售項下初步可供認購的發售股份總數的1.78倍。國際發售共有130名承配人。國際發售項下分配予承配人的發售股份最終數目為2.1億股。
根據國際發售及依據與基石投資者訂立的基石投資協議，基石投資者（即海王星投資控股有限公司（海王星）、Green Better Limited、鼎睿再保險有限公司、中國四川國際投資有限公司、Keltic Investment (HK) Limited及Golden Star International Pty Limited認購的發售股份數目現已釐定。海王星、Green Better、鼎睿再保險、四川國際投資、Keltic及Golden Star已分別認購3063萬股、1021.3萬股、1021萬股、2039.4萬股、1894.7萬股及1021萬股發售股份，假設超額配股權未獲行使，分別相當於全球發售項下發售股份數目的約15.3%、5.1%、5.1%、10.2%、9.5%及5.1%；及全球發售完成後公司已發行股本總額的約3.8%、1.3%、1.3%、2.6%、2.4%及1.3%。
此外，公司已向國際包銷商授出超額配股權，可由獨家全球協調人自國際包銷協議日期起直至遞交香港公開發售申請截止日期後30日內隨時行使，以要求公司按國際發售項下發售價發行最多3000萬股股份（佔全球發售項下初步可供認購發售股份的15%），以補足國際發售中的超額分配（如有）。截至本公吿日期，超額配股權尚未獲行使。
