西藏城投(600773.SH):為世貿銘城提供擔保金額不超7億元
格隆匯5月23日丨西藏城投(600773.SH)公佈,為了滿足公司經營發展需要,公司全資下屬公司陝西世貿銘城建設開發有限公司向銀行申請借款,授信金額不超過7億元,該筆授信專用於陝西省西鹹新區涇河新城XXJH-2017-009-02宗地開發建設,貸款期限不超過3年,由公司提供連帶責任保證。
2021年5月21日,公司第九屆董事會第一次(臨時)會議審議並通過了《關於公司為陝西世貿銘城建設開發有限公司借款提供擔保的議案》,本議案尚需提交股東大會審議。
