中國投資開發(00204.HK)與中科社簽訂戰略合作意向書
格隆匯5月21日丨中國投資開發(00204.HK)公吿，於2021年5月17日，公司與海南鋒嘉匯供應鏈管理集團有限公司("鋒嘉滙")簽訂戰略合作意向書。
盡公司所知，鋒嘉滙是一家註冊於海南省的公司，主營供應鏈金融管理、倉儲管理、物流資訊管理及諮詢等綜合性的供應鏈服務，而公司為聯交所主板上市公司，有意拓展大陸投資業務。
根據意向書，公司同意除自身有可能投資外，也可引入其他投資者或協助鋒嘉滙融資，公司將盡快安排工作人員對鋒嘉滙專案實地考察及進行盡職調查，完成盡職調查後，公司將與鋒嘉滙落實融資方案。鋒嘉滙着眼於各產業鏈條的上下游企業，整合大量優質供應商資源、充足的行業產能、綜合權威的產品交易平台，並且輻射全國的金融物流服務及金融解決方案，提供供應鏈管理、生產計劃管理、資金安全結算等綜合性供應鏈管理服務。
鋒嘉匯憑藉成熟及豐富的供應鏈金融解決方案，以卓越的互聯網科技運用作為優勢，致力於為中國生產製造業提供更高附加值的互聯網金融解決方案。
於2021年5月21日，公司與中科社控股(深圳)(集團)有限公司("中科社")簽訂戰略合作意向書。
盡公司所知，中科社是一家註冊於深圳，主營供應鏈金融的科技服務公司，而公司為聯交所主板上市公司，有意拓展大陸投資業務。根據意向書，公司同意除自身有可能投資外，也可引入其他投資者或協助中科社融資，公司將盡快安排工作人員對中科社專案實地考察及進行盡職調查，完成盡職調查後，公司將與中科社落實融資方案。中科社致力於金融科技資訊化解決方案的整合與實施，用科技連結金融與場景，利用大數據、人工智能、區塊鏈等科技手段，為市場搭建一個銀行級、合規的票據生態體系，從技術資金、運營等全方位為中小微企業提供票據融資服務，為企業提供一站式金融科技解決方案。
公司認為，鋒嘉滙意向書及中科社意向書項下擬進行的鋒嘉滙戰略合作及中科社戰略合作符合集團業務發展策略及計劃，董事會認為，鋒嘉滙戰略合作及中科社是公司對供應鏈金融產業及投資佈局的良好開端，可為集團帶來新的利潤增長點。董事會認為此舉符合公司及股東的整體利益，鋒嘉滙戰略合作戰略及中科社戰略合作若有進展，公司將於適當時候遵照聯交所上市規則作進一步公吿。
