中國支付通(08325.HK)擬溢價7.78%配股 最多籌7102.87萬港元
格隆匯5月21日丨中國支付通(08325.HK)公佈,於2021年5月21日,公司與配售代理訂立配售協議,據此,公司同意透過配售代理按盡力基準以配售價每股配售股份0.18港元(較5月21日收市價溢價約7.78%)向不少於六名承配人配售最多3.95億股配售股份,佔經擴大後公司股份約16.67%。
假設所有配售股份獲配售,配售事項所得款項總額將約為7102.87萬港元,而所得款項淨額(經扣除配售佣金以及配售事項的其他費用、成本、收費及開支)將約為7011.8萬港元。
