山東黃金(01787.HK):山東黃金香港擬向國家開發銀行香港分行申請3億美元貸款
格隆匯5月21日丨山東黃金(01787.HK)公吿,第六屆董事會第六次會議決議,審議通過了《關於香港全資子公司向銀行申請貸款的議案》。山東黃金礦業(香港)有限公司(以下簡稱“山東黃金香港公司”)為公司在香港設立的全資子公司,持有並運營公司海外礦山。山東黃金香港公司於2020年6月自國家開發銀行香港分行貸款3億美元,期限1年。為實現該筆貸款的到期再融資,山東黃金香港公司擬向國家開發銀行香港分行申請3億美元貸款。
