同道獵聘(06100.HK)一季度毛利增加47.9% 提供人才培訓收益大增309.5%
格隆匯5月21日丨同道獵聘(06100.HK)發佈公吿，2021年第一季度，公司收益為人民幣5.23億元，同比增加52.6%；毛利為人民幣4.17億元，同比增加47.9%；純利為人民幣300萬元，較2020年第一季度的淨虧損人民幣220萬元而言，轉虧為盈；公司非通用會計準則經營溢利（不包括以股份為基礎的酬金開支及因收購所致無形資產攤銷）為人民幣3700萬元，同比增加42.1%。
截至2021年3月31日止第一季度，為企業用户提供人才獲取服務及其他人力資源服務所得收益為人民幣4.45億元，按年增加39.3%。公司的驗證企業用户數目由2020年12月31日的725,059名增加至2021年3月31日的810,914名。
2021年第一季度，公司憑藉全面的人才培訓服務（包括職業諮詢、證書培訓等）讓線上平台的個人用户流量穩定增長，更於2021年3月創下歷史新高。截至2021年3月31日止第一季度，為個人用户提供人才培訓所賺取的收益為人民幣7770萬元，按年增加309.5%。註冊個人用户數目由2020年12月31日的6320萬名增加至2021年3月31日的6580萬名。
公司表示，自2021年開始，公司的季度業績呈現強勁趨勢。中國企業數字化進程的加快，為線上招聘市場的不斷髮展奠定了堅實基礎，經濟反彈為公司創造了卓越機會，使公司能快速獲取更多市場份額並刺激增長。
展望未來，作為一站式人才服務供應商，獵聘將繼續追求以卓越且多元的產品發展，實現更好的用户體驗和更廣泛的用户覆蓋。於今年，公司將繼續通過客户細分優化產品的用户界面、數據安全及功能分類；以豐富的產品矩陣實現更靈活精準的銷售策略，從而滿足更多元的用户需求。個人用户方面，中高端人才庫的年輕化趨勢為公司創造巨大的增長潛力。由於年輕人才一般更容易適應新興技術及網絡工具，年輕人才的崛起亦推動了人才服務數字化的長期發展。
