佳景集團(00703.HK)與佳寶利就經減少的租賃空間訂立新協議
格隆匯5月21日丨佳景集團(00703.HK)發佈公吿,有關公司全資附屬公司佳寶利與綜合渡假村管理人就於葡京人澳門美食廣場租賃若干空間訂立協議。鑑於疫情導致經濟環境不明朗,集團與綜合渡假村管理人進行重新磋商,後者同意終止原協議(即2019年11月28日由佳寶利就葡京人澳門美食廣場K01-K08鋪簽署的零售空間使用權協議),並與佳寶利就經減少的租賃空間訂立新協議。
