A股異動 | 杭州銀行(600926.SH)跌4.34% 中國人壽擬減持不超1%股份
格隆匯5月21日丨杭州銀行(600926.SH)跌4.34%,報16.53元,總市值980億元。本週一,杭州銀行發佈公吿稱,中國人壽擬在3個交易日後的6個月內,通過集中競價或大宗交易方式減持其所持杭州銀行部分股份,合計不超過0.59億股(含本數),即不超過公司普通股總股本的1%。對於減持原因,公吿指出是出於中國人壽自身戰略安排和資產配置需要。截至5月17日,中國人壽持有杭州銀行股份2.85億股,佔公司普通股總股本4.8%。
