調查指無線電零件收入去年創新高 料5G需求等帶動增長將持續至2025年
調查機構Strategy Analytics發表的報告指,儘管受疫情影響,手機設備使用的無線電零部件市場去年表現仍然強勁,該行預期增長將持續至2025年。
該行的分析指出,疫情下RF零件收入去年創新高,估計手機無線電零件市場將每年增長8%直至2025年,雖然設備出貨量增長呆滯,但受惠5G功能令通訊的複雜性提升,估計供應商會繼續開發封裝模組以提升性能,並同時助廠商可更易設計及組裝。
另外該行指出半導體短缺問題有機會持續至2022年,料智能手機廠商在供應限制下今年難捕捉設備銷售的全部上行潛力,而半導體廠商包括台積電(TSM.US)、中芯(00981.HK)等亦已努力盡早提升產能應對。該行估計來自RF零部件的需求及智能手機以外的5G機遇將進一步帶動流動通訊零件未來數年的增長。(el/u) ~
