港股異動 | 創興銀行漲超45%,獲越秀企業溢價51.2%提私有化
uSMART盈立智投5月20日消息,週四港股早盤,創興銀行復牌漲超45%,公司獲越秀企業溢價51.2%提私有化。
創興銀行5月19日晚間公佈, 越秀企業建議以協議安排方式將公司私有化,每股現金要約價20.8港元,較停牌前(13.76港元)溢價51.16%,涉資近51億港元。
目前,越秀企業持有公司74.97%股權。計劃生效後,公司將根據上市規則向聯交所申請撤銷股份的上市地位。
要約人越秀企業爲越秀集團的全資附屬公司,主要從事房地產、金融證券、交通基建等三大核心業務。
