美商务部长据报就半导体短缺危机会晤美汽车业界领袖
《路透》引述消息报道,美国商务部长雷蒙多与美国汽车业界领袖及其他行业高层开会,讨论半导体供应短缺问题。与会者包括通用汽车(GM.US)、福特汽车(F.US)及Stellantis(STLA.US)代表。
雷蒙多本月稍早曾表示,当局正向台积电及其他台湾企业施压,要求对方优先向美国车企供应半导体。美国总统拜登上月12日亦与半导体、科技及汽车业高层开会讨论有关问题。
美国参议院多数党领袖舒默早前公开跨党派立法建议,包括紧急拨款520亿美元以提升美国半导体未来五年生产研发,该方案将纳入参议院一项有关拨款1,200亿美元推动美国基础及先进科技研究的法案内。
