格隆匯5月20日丨九安醫療(002432.SZ)公佈,公司於2021年5月20日收到公司控股股東石河子三和股權投資合夥企業(有限合夥)(以下簡稱“三和公司”)出具的《簡式權益變動報吿書》。自2020年9月9日以來,於2021年5月18日,三和公司因大宗交易減持、非公開發行股票被動稀釋、及約定購回式證券交易合計變動股數1355.59萬股,變動比例5.55%,當前持股比例22.88%。
