美利雲(000815.SZ)：子公司與中衞市政府、金山雲及樂寧科技簽署戰略合作框架協議
格隆匯5月20日丨美利雲(000815.SZ)公佈，2021年5月19日，公司控股子公司寧夏譽成雲創數據投資有限公司(“譽成雲創”)與中衞市人民政府、北京金山雲網絡技術有限公司(“金山雲”)、寧夏樂寧科技有限公司(“樂寧科技”)簽署了《戰略合作框架協議》。《戰略合作框架協議》所涉及的具體合作事項需另行簽訂相關正式合作協議，並履行相關的審議程序。
各方深度融合各自在雲計算、數據中心、智慧城市、生態治理大數據、IT設備、互聯網用户的業務資源，形成戰略配合，共同開發市場，在數據中心及IT設備服務，項目評估、建設、委託運營、項目融資、經營性租賃等多方面開展深入廣泛及多元化的合作，包括但不限於以下內容：
1、產品和服務共享
各方作為戰略聯合體，在各自業務開發過程中，可互通資源渠道並搭建業務聯合體共同應對市場挑戰。
各方結合各自優勢建立聯動的合作機制，提升業務競爭力，豐富與優質合作伙伴的業務空間，各方共同提升收益、控制風險。各方各自利用自身的資源優勢共同拓展業務，在合作框架範圍內形成利益共同體。
2、數據中心建設
各方將加強業務聯動，在中衞西部雲基地大數據中心落地。其中，譽成雲創將根據客户需求儘快啟動中衞數據中心後續項目建設，用於金山雲、樂寧科技部署服務器，開展雲服務。
3、智慧城市建設、運營
各方將聯合在中衞市開展智慧城市、防災減災、水文大數據、生態治理大數據等方面共同建設運營。
4、資金融通
數據中心、智慧城市、行業雲業務領域均為資金密集型的重資產行業，前期資金投入較大，項目穩定運營後現金流收益穩定，各方將在業務前期發揮各自優勢，共同開展業務，包括但不限於以聯合投資等方式合作開展數據中心建設、行業雲、智慧城市相關業務。
5、聯合技術攻關
金山雲、樂寧科技和譽成雲創為重要的合作伙伴，金山雲將協助譽成雲創研發自有公有云平台，提供SAAS、PAAS服務。金山雲、樂寧科技和譽成雲創三方將共同開展數據中心等雲服務相關軟硬件標準制定、產品研發。
