佳明集團控股(01271.HK)盈喜:預計2021財年綜合溢利增長不少於300%
格隆匯5月20日丨佳明集團控股(01271.HK)發佈正面盈利預吿,集團預期截至2021年3月31日止年度的綜合溢利將較上年度綜合溢利約3380萬港元錄得不少於300%的重大升幅。
董事會認為,溢利上升主要是由於以下原因:來自九龍啟德的建築項目確認的收益和毛利大幅增加。該項目自2019年5月開始建築工程,於該年度全面施工;及該年度內取得香港特別行政區政府的保就業計劃項下的一次性補貼。
