歐普康視(300595.SZ)：擬以1405萬元投資成都道和華韻 加強在四川地區的業務佈局
格隆匯5月20日丨歐普康視(300595.SZ)公佈，2021年5月20日，公司全資子公司歐普康視投資有限公司(“歐普投資”)與孟慶富、段進瑩在安徽省合肥市簽訂了《歐普康視投資有限公司與孟慶富、段進瑩關於成都道和華韻醫療科技有限公司之投資合作協議》，歐普投資擬以自有資金人民幣1405萬元以增資擴股的方式投資於成都道和華韻醫療科技有限公司(“成都道和華韻”)。此次投資完成後，歐普投資將持有成都道和華韻51%的股權。
標的公司成都道和華韻位於四川省成都市，成立於2020年8月13日，該公司主要從事角膜塑形鏡護理以及周邊配套產品代理，其主營業務是承接成都佑道科技有限公司(“成都佑道”)業務，截止歐普投資投資前，丙方已將成都佑道的資產、業務資源等注入標的公司。標的公司在電子商務領域具有渠道資源優勢，與進駐京東、天貓、淘寶、唯品會、拼多多、小紅書、考拉海購、平安好醫生、蘇寧易購等國內知名網站的角膜塑形鏡護理產品的經銷商建立了良好、長期的合作關係，囊括了各品牌角膜塑形鏡護理產品類目的大部分零售商。其業務發展持續向好，具有較強的成長潛力，未來將以自營、授權代理等多種合作模式繼續深耕電商領域。
目前，成都道和華韻全資子公司成都道和永盛科技有限公司(“成都道和永盛”)主要從事全國範圍內眼科醫院、眼視光渠道的銷售業務。成都道和永盛是新加坡進口的“優菲視”系列角膜塑形鏡護理產品中國總代理，且與角膜塑形鏡護理產品暢銷品牌“博視頓”達成長期戰略合作。成都道和永盛定位清晰、目標明確、構架完善、業務團隊成熟，預計未來將在線下眼科醫療渠道取得一席之地。
標的公司成都道和華韻將在全國範圍內積極展開和全國眼科醫療機構的合作，以期達成線上線下流量互通，努力形成線上問診、線下就診，線下就診、線上服務的有機循環業務形態。
標的公司成都道和華韻位於四川省成都市，主要從事醫療器械銷售等眼視光相關業務。該公司在區域眼視光產品銷售及終端服務方面具備資源優勢，積累了良好的口碑，盈利能力較強，增長潛力較大。投資於成都道和華韻既可加強公司在四川地區的業務佈局，注入新的業務驅動力，也有利於公司在四川地區的銷售網絡布局。
