格隆匯5月20日丨天能重工(300569.SZ)公佈,公司與陸豐市人民政府於近日簽署《戰略合作框架協議》。
項目名稱:海上風電裝備製造項目二期;初步計劃投資20億元(含流動資金投入),實際投資金額以有關部門核准和公司正式簽署的投資協議為準。
簽署該協議的目的是為繼續推進公司的戰略轉型和產業鏈拓展。框架協議所涉及相關項目核准存在不確定性,且項目週期相對較長,公司暫時無法預計框架協議對公司未來各會計年度財務狀況、經營成果的影響。
