創興銀行(01111.HK)獲控股股東溢價逾51%提私有化,該股今天復牌急漲48%報20.35元即市高位,創逾五年半高,一向疏落成交急增至1,359萬股,為多年來罕見,涉資2.74億元。
創興銀行公布, 越秀企業建議以協議安排方式以每股現金要約價20.8元(較停牌前溢價逾51%)將公司私有化,涉資近51億元。聲明強調,要約人將不會提高註銷價。目前越秀企業持有公司74.97%股權。計劃生效後,公司將會撤銷上市地位。
