《大行报告》大和升京东(09618.HK)目标价至465元 指年度活跃用户增至达5亿户强劲
大和发表报告表示,京东集团-SW(09618.HK)今年首季收入优於市场原预期6%,业绩惊喜包括用户增长、平台及物流业收入,虽然公司今年第二季投资会按季上升,但相信京东的投资取向已较同业保守,其藉「京喜」及线上杂货业务以推升未来一至两年收入增长。
该行指,京东至今年首季年度活跃用户数达5亿户按年升29%,表现强劲,其中偏远城市新增用户占总体新增用户达81%;在高基数下,该行仍料京东今年第二季收入可按年增长25%。
大和表示,重申对京东「买入」评级,上调目标价由425元升至465元,指对公司今年收入前景看法更趋正面。
