据报江西南昌多家银行上调房贷利率 首套房贷利率最高6.125%
据《江西日报》引述乐居南昌调查数据显示,相较今年2月份,目前南昌市场上的房贷利率普遍上浮。其中工商银行(01398.HK)(601398.SH)、农业银行(01288.HK)(601288.SH)首套房贷利率从5.65%上浮到6.125%,其他银行首套房贷利率普遍在5.88%左右。二套房贷利率则在5.8%至6.37%之间,其中,最高同为工商银行、农业银行,二套房贷利率高达6.37%。
建设银行(00939.HK)(601939.SH)深圳分行日前下发通知,上调深圳市首套及二套房贷利率。今年以来,广州、南京、昆明等地多家银行已上调房贷利率。
