创兴银行(01111.HK)获控股股东溢价逾51%提私有化,该股今天复牌急涨48%报20.35元即市高位,创逾五年半高,一向疏落成交急增至1,359万股,为多年来罕见,涉资2.74亿元。
创兴银行公布, 越秀企业建议以协议安排方式以每股现金要约价20.8元(较停牌前溢价逾51%)将公司私有化,涉资近51亿元。声明强调,要约人将不会提高注销价。目前越秀企业持有公司74.97%股权。计划生效後,公司将会撤销上市地位。
