德国电讯据报拟购入软银手上T-Mobile US股权 交易总额料约120亿美元
《彭博通讯社》引述消息报道,德国电讯(Deutsche Telekom)正商讨购入日本软银所持8.5% T-Mobile US(TMUS.US)股权,德国电讯行政总裁Tim Hoettges或於本周资本市场日公布有关计划。消息指,公司是否全面收购日本软银手上所有T-Mobile US股份仍未定案。若全数收购有关股份,德国电讯将控股T-Mobile US。
日本软银去年向机构投资者出售T-Mobile US股份套现148亿美元,德国电讯当时取得认购权。根据认购条款,德国电讯可按去年6月股价购买最多4,490万股T-Mobile US,其余5,660万股则以认购前20天平均股价购买,整项股份收购总值料约120亿美元。
