亞盛醫藥-B(06855.HK)：四項入選2021美國臨牀腫瘤學會年會的臨牀研究摘要已在ASCO官網公佈
格隆匯5月20日丨亞盛醫藥-B(06855.HK)公吿，公司四項入選2021美國臨牀腫瘤學會(ASCO)年會的臨牀研究的摘要已於今日在ASCO官網公佈。這四項研究涉及公司三個細胞凋亡管線品種，含兩項口頭報吿。其中Bcl-2抑制劑Lisaftoclax (APG-2575)的全球I期臨牀研究成果顯示，APG-2575治療復發╱難治性(R/R)慢性淋巴細胞白血病╱小淋巴細胞淋巴瘤(CLL/SLL)患者的客觀緩解率(ORR)達85.7%，並顯示良好的耐受性與安全性。此外，MDM2抑制劑Alrizomadlin(APG-115)聯合帕博利珠單抗應用於經免疫腫瘤藥物治療失敗的不可切除╱轉移性黑色素瘤或晚期實體瘤患者的II期臨牀研究表現出良好的前景。數據顯示，APG-115聯合帕博利珠單抗治療對PD-1/PD-L1抑制劑耐藥黑色素瘤患者的疾病控制率(DCR)達60.9%，其中客觀緩解率(ORR)達到17.4%。
這兩項研究的最新進展將在於2021年6月4日至6月8日舉辦的ASCO年會上以口頭報吿形式進一步展示。亞盛醫藥入選2021ASCO年會的其他兩項臨牀研究包括APG-115單藥或聯合鉑類化療治療野生型唾液腺癌患者的I/II期臨牀研究和Pelcitoclax(APG-1252)聯合紫杉醇治療R/R小細胞肺癌的Ib/II期臨牀研究。
據悉，APG-2575是亞盛醫藥自主研發的的新型口服Bcl-2選擇性小分子抑制劑，通過選擇性抑制Bcl-2蛋白來恢復腫瘤細胞程序性死亡機制（細胞凋亡），從而殺死腫瘤，擬用於治療多種血液惡性腫瘤和實體瘤。APG-2575是首個在中國進入臨牀階段的、本土研發的Bcl-2選擇性抑制劑。目前該藥物已獲得美國、中國、澳大利亞多項Ib/II期臨牀試驗許可，正在全球同步推進多個血液腫瘤適應症的臨牀開發。
APG-115是亞盛醫藥自主的一種口服、高選擇性的小分子MDM2抑制劑，對MDM2具有高度結合親和力，通過阻斷MDM2-p53相互作用從而恢復p53腫瘤抑制活性。APG-115是首個在中國進入臨牀階段的MDM2-p53抑制劑，已在中國、美國和澳大利亞展開多項治療實體瘤及血液腫瘤的臨牀研究。
APG-1252是亞盛醫藥自主研發的Bcl-2/Bcl-xL雙靶點抑制劑，可通過選擇性抑制Bcl-2及Bcl-xL蛋白恢復細胞凋亡。目前在中國、美國、澳大利亞開展多項單藥或聯合治療小細胞肺癌、非小細胞肺癌等晚期腫瘤的Ib/II期臨牀試驗。
