華鵬飛(300350.SZ):持股5%以上股東減持計劃完成
格隆匯5月18日丨華鵬飛(300350.SZ)公佈,公司於2021年5月18日收到安賜捌號出具的《關於股份減持計劃實施完畢的吿知函》,截止2021年5月17日,前述預披露的股份減持計劃已實施完成,減持數量2860.3465萬股,減持比例6%。
值得注意的是,上述減持數量中包括公司股東安賜捌號於2021年4月27日與陳恆科簽署了《股份轉讓協議》,協議約定安賜捌號向陳恆科轉讓2383.6222萬股,佔公司總股本5%。截止公吿披露日,協議轉讓標的股份尚未完成過户手續。
