格隆匯5月18日丨天秦裝備(300922.SZ)公佈，為了增強軍品科研、生產競爭力，滿足公司經營發展需求，公司於2021年5月18日召開了第三屆董事會第十四次會議，審議通過了《關於變更經營範圍及修訂<公司章程>的議案》，同意對公司經營範圍進行變更。該議案尚需提交公司2021年第四次臨時股東大會審議。
變更前：機電設備、電子專用設備生產與技術開發、打印機、海水淡化設備、水處理及環保專用設備、金屬及非金屬材料、複合材料的技術開發、技術諮詢、技術服務、技術轉讓與生產；塑料製品、金屬製品、複合材料製品及包裝製品、計算機輔助設備的技術開發與生產、銷售；打印機用墨水、墨粉、墨盒、硒鼓、打印絲的生產；模具設計、製造及維修、機械零配件的生產；水處理工程設計及施工；計算機外圍設備、辦公用機械、其他化工產品、五金產品、建材的銷售；貨物及技術進出口。
變更後：機電設備、電子專用設備生產與技術開發、打印機、海水淡化設備、水處理及環保專用設備、金屬及非金屬材料、複合材料的技術開發、技術諮詢、技術服務、技術轉讓與生產；塑料製品、金屬製品、複合材料製品及包裝製品、計算機輔助設備的技術開發與生產、銷售；打印機用墨水、墨粉、墨盒、硒鼓、打印絲的生產；模具設計、製造及維修、機械零配件的生產；水處理工程設計及施工；計算機外圍設備、辦公用機械、其他化工產品、五金產品、建材的銷售；貨物及技術進出口；帳篷及附屬設備、睡袋、充氣墊、飲水囊、軟體儲水罐、攜行具、野營裝備、偽裝網、防護偽裝器材、體育用品及器材、救生衣、救生圈、傢俱、貨架、安防用具、取暖爐、機械零部件、箱包、衝鋒舟配件、油桶、滑油注入器、無人機配件、金屬箱的加工、設計、銷售；金屬絲繩及其製品、繩、索、纜製造、銷售；計算機及軟件、計算機輔助設備、電子產品、通訊終端設備、其他機械設備、發電機及發電機組、裝卸搬運設備、通風除濕設備的銷售；安全技術防範系統的設計、安裝、維修；消防工程。
此次經營範圍的變更以市場監督管理部門最終核准、登記的情況為準。
