國家教育部將進一步規範名校辦民校
據《新華網》報道,國家教育部昨日(17日)召開新聞發布會,解讀新修訂的民辦教育促進法實施條例有關情況。在談到如何規範「名校辦民校」時,教育部發展規劃司司長劉昌亞表示,公辦學校以品牌輸出方式參與舉辦民辦學校,是特定歷史階段的產物,但也產生了較多的問題。
公辦學校參與舉辦的民辦學校,利用公辦學校的優質品牌,採用民辦學校的收費機制,對公辦學校和民辦學校都造成了不公平競爭,擾亂了教育秩序。因此,新修訂的實施條例重點規範了該辦學形式。下一步,教育部還將出台細化文件,全面規範公參民辦學。
