《新股消息》中原建業(09982.HK)今日起招股 入場費6,464.49元
由建業地產(00832.HK)分拆上市的中原建業(09982.HK)公布招股詳情,計劃發行約3.28億股股份,當中10%在港公開發售,90%為國際配售。招股價介乎2.4至3.2元,一手2,000股,入場費為6,464.49元,由今日(18日)至下周一(24日)公開招股,預計於5月31日上市。工銀國際及建銀國際為聯席保薦人。
公司是次招股引入祥來為基石投資者,將認購600萬美元股份。以招股價中位數2.8元計,公司預計集資淨額為8.53億元,當中40%將用於擴大集團業務規模,主要透過拓展進入「大中原」地區的新市場並豐富其服務類型;36%將用於透過策略性投資及潛在收購房地產代建價行業價值鏈中具有專業能力或資質的核心公司;14%將用於進一步加強集團資訊技術系統及基礎設施,以配合其持續擴展及房地產代建業務的數字化;餘下10%將用作營運資金、市場推廣及其他一般企業用途。
