万科香港何文田新盘命名「VAU Residence」
万科香港旗下何文田自由道11号住宅项目命名为「VAU Residence」。万科香港执行董事周铭禧在记者会上表示,项目销售文件及楼书正在最後准备阶段,估计最快会於6月上旬开放示范单位及推售,定价会参考同区一手及二手豪宅。
他表示,项目户型包括开放式至三房单位,主打的开放式及一房单位占约80%,其中开放式单位面积约200至250平方尺,一房单位约250至290平方尺。
此外,他称集团长沙湾另一住宅项目「The Campton」已售出90%单位,目前已获入伙纸,正待当局发出满意纸。
