港股今日跟随外围上升。恒指高开102点，早段曾升240点高见28,268点，其後升幅收窄至46点低见28,074点，全日升166点或0.6%收报28,194点。国指升98点或1%，收10,503点；恒生科技指数升134点或1.8%，收7,699点。大市全日成交总额1,456.33亿元，沪、深港通南下交易录得净流入金额分别为33.98亿及54.51亿元人民币。
科技股造好，阿里巴巴(09988.HK)升0.4%报205.4元，腾讯(00700.HK)升3%报600.5元。美团(03690.HK)升4.2%报254.4元。小米(01810.HK)升1.2%报26.15元，百度(09888.HK)升3.9%报183元，京东(09618.HK)分拆京东物流(02618.HK)招股，京东全日跌0.9%报265.8元。
此外，明源云(00909.HK)及金蝶(00268.HK)各升6.4%及6.5%。恒腾(00136.HK)及哔哩哔哩(09626.HK)各升7.6%，微盟(02013.HK)、金山软件(03888.HK)、万国数据(09698.HK)、携程(09961.HK)及祖龙娱乐(09990.HK)各升4.2%至5.22%。中软(00354.HK)升3.4%，美图(01357.HK)跌3.4%。手机相关股信利(00732.HK)升14.8%，富智康(02038.HK)及通达(02038.HK)各升3.7%，晶片股中芯(00981.HK)跌2.1%，为跌幅最大国指及科技指数成分股。
内需股方面，呷哺呷哺(00520.HK)及JS环球生活(01691.HK)各升5.1%及4.8%，润啤(00291.HK)及蒙牛(02319.HK)各升3.8%及3.3%。体育用品股特步(01368.HK)及李宁(02331.HK)各升6%及5.8%，361度(01361.HK)及安踏(02020.HK)各升4.5%及2.5%。汽车股比亚迪(01211.HK)及长城汽车(02333.HK)各反弹6.3%及7.4%，吉利(00175.HK)升3.8%。
金属及资源股反弹，煤炭股兖煤(01171.HK)升6.5%。中国黄金国际(02099.HK)反弹6.1%，紫金(02899.HK)、赣锋锂业(01772.HK)、中国白银(00815.HK)、山东黄金(01787.HK)、紫金(02899.HK)及灵宝(03330.HK)各升5.2%至5.9%。招金(01818.HK)升3.8%。航运股中远海控(01919.HK)升5.9%。
其余蓝筹方面，汇控(00005.HK)跌0.4%报48.55元，港交所(00388.HK)升0.6%报445元，友邦(01299.HK)升0.7%报102.9元。中移动(00941.HK)升0.5%报48.8元。
国务院公布修订後《民办教育促进法实施条例》，教育股见追捧，宇华教育(06169.HK)升9.8%，新东方在线(01797.HK)及中教(00839.HK)各升5.2%，新高教(02001.HK)、中国东方教育(00667.HK)及希望教育(01765.HK)各升3%至4.2%。出口股创科(00669.HK)及敏华(01999.HK)各跌2.6%及3.3%。环保能源股龙源(00916.HK)及信义光能(00968.HK)各升3.4%及5.8%。
