《高盛认股证牛熊证》 京东物流今日招股 京东落後大市 留意贴价购24235，远牛51354
正股表现：京东(9618)近期股价受压，周五失守270元水平，今早低开约1.3%後跌幅扩大，最低见261.6元。落後大市兼为连续第三日下跌，累计至今跌逾8%。
京东分拆旗下京东物流(2618)在港上市，并於今日起至周五招股，计划发售约6.09亿股，集资额达264.13亿元。此外，京东日前公布旗下京东物流截至三月止的3个月财务资料，期内录得收入224亿元人民币，按年升64.1%。
资金流向：观察个股轮证资金流向，可见近日资金倾向部署认购证，上周四及上周五共录得约470万元资金流入。而认沽证则於上周二至上周四皆获资金流入，合共约190万元後，上周五获资金转向沽出。
牛熊证方面，则见牛证於上周五获资金转向流入，有约200万元，并集中在240至245元收回区域的产品。而在上周五流入熊证的资金当中，则见285至290元收回区域的产品获资金留意。

京东牛51354，收回价240元，行使价237元，换股比率500，杠杆比率9.5倍，相近收回价远牛中杠杆最高
投资者如看淡，认沽证方面可留意年期约2个月，属价内的京东沽18730。熊证方面可留意属远熊的京东熊69411，与现价有约67元收回距离。
