開拓藥業-B(09939.HK)委任陸羣博士為首席技術官 負責化學、生產及控制
格隆匯5月16日丨開拓藥業-B(09939.HK)公佈，自2021年5月10日起，陸羣博士已獲委任為公司的首席技術官(CTO)，其將主要負責化學、生產及控制（CMC），包括藥品分析、製劑研發及生產；及自2021年5月15日起，韓家文博士已獲委任為公司的商務拓展副總裁，其將主要負責商務拓展相關業務和管理工作。
陸博士在生物醫藥行業擁有逾20年經驗，擁有成功領導輝瑞、默沙東、新基公司╱百時美施貴寶（「BMS」）等多家制藥公司從臨牀前到商業化生產的CMC開發的經驗。於加入集團前，陸博士於2013年至2019年及2019年至2021年4月分別擔任新基公司╱新澤西州BMS的執行總監，專注於為創新藥物定義並提供整合的CMC開發策略及結果。彼亦曾擔任國際藥物開發創新與質量聯盟的董事會成員，直至2019年止。陸博士自1996年至1997年在威斯康星大學麥迪遜分校的藥學專業從事博士後研究。陸博士於1987年獲得北京大學化學學士學位，並於1995年在亞利桑那州立大學的物理化學專業完成博士學位。
韓博士在醫藥行業的藥物研發及商務運營方面擁有逾25年經驗。彼於2017年9月至2021年5月及2014年1月至2017年5月曾分別在波士頓的齊魯製藥波士頓分公司及上海的藥明生物擔任副總裁。自1995年至2013年，彼曾於多家公司（包括上海的阿斯利康中國研發中心、劍橋的Aileron Therapheutics,Inc.、Immuno Gen Inc.及Apoptosis Technology Inc.）擔任重要角色及職務。自1992年至1994年，彼亦為劍橋麻省理工學院生物系的博士後研究員。韓博士於1986年於北京大學獲得醫學博士學位，其後於1992年於紐約羅徹斯特大學醫學院獲得生物化學博士學位。
