格力電器(000651.SZ)：珠海明駿解押約9.0236億股及質押約7.2189億股

格隆匯5月14日丨格力電器(000651.SZ)公佈，公司近日收到公司股東珠海明駿通知，獲悉其所持有的公司902,359,632股公司股票解除質押並將其中的721,887,705股股票重新質押給中國農業銀行股份有限公司珠海分行(“農業銀行”)，質押到期日為2027年4月29日。
2019年12月，珠海明駿與招商銀行、中國銀行、平安銀行、浦發銀行等合計七家銀行簽訂了《貸款協議》，貸款總額為20,830,972,104.72元(“原貸款”)。珠海明駿將其所持902,359,632股上市公司股票全部質押給招商銀行作為對原貸款的擔保；
2021年4月28日，珠海明駿與農業銀行、交通銀行股份有限公司珠海分行、平安銀行股份有限公司珠海分行簽訂了《貸款協議》(“新貸款協議”)，貸款總額為208億元(“新貸款”)，該等貸款用於償還前述原貸款；
2021年4月30日，珠海明駿償還了原貸款，並於2021年5月11日將質押給招商銀行的上市公司股票全部解除質押。
公司的第一大股東珠海明駿投資合夥企業(有限合夥)(“珠海明駿”)持有公司股份902,359,632股，佔公司總股本的15.00000000%。此次股份解除質押及再質押後，珠海明駿被質押股份為721,887,705股，佔其所持公司股份總數的79.99999993%，佔公司總股本的11.99999999%。
珠海明駿和董明珠為一致行動人，合計持有公司股份946,848,124股，佔公司總股本的15.73953595%，此次股份解除質押及再質押後，珠海明駿及其一致行動人累計被質押股份為735,520,455股，佔其所持公司股份總數的77.68093281%，佔公司總股本的12.22661834%，請投資者注意相關風險。
