壹传媒(00282.HK):台湾业务将裁员 台苹社长陈裕鑫辞任执董
壹传媒(00282.HK)公布,台湾《苹果日报》社长陈裕鑫自5月14日起已辞任公司执行董事职务,以追求个人兴趣。
集团并宣布,已决定於5月18日起停止以印刷形式出版台湾《苹果日报》,在已吸纳大量线上新闻消费者的基础上,未来加大於数码媒体市场发展。
壹传媒又指,将就台湾业务进行一定程度的裁员,强调属艰难决定,但将以符合或超出台湾的法定要求作出遣散,预期可改善整体业务营运,不会对现有营运产生任何负面影响,长远而言料对整体财务表现产生积极作用。
