壹傳媒(00282.HK):台灣業務將裁員 台蘋社長陳裕鑫辭任執董
壹傳媒(00282.HK)公布,台灣《蘋果日報》社長陳裕鑫自5月14日起已辭任公司執行董事職務,以追求個人興趣。
集團並宣布,已決定於5月18日起停止以印刷形式出版台灣《蘋果日報》,在已吸納大量線上新聞消費者的基礎上,未來加大於數碼媒體市場發展。
壹傳媒又指,將就台灣業務進行一定程度的裁員,強調屬艱難決定,但將以符合或超出台灣的法定要求作出遣散,預期可改善整體業務營運,不會對現有營運產生任何負面影響,長遠而言料對整體財務表現產生積極作用。
