农行(01288.HK):经营用途贷款资金不得违规流入房地产领域
农业银行(01288.HK)(601288.SH)发布经营用途贷款资金用途限定的公告称,在农业银行办理的经营用途贷款资金,应按照国家法律法规规定和借款合同约定的用途使用,不得违规流入房地产领域,包括但不限於:不用於房地产开发或经营、购买住宅或商业用房等,以及不将贷款资金用於国家禁止的其他领域和用途。
若违反要求,农业银行有权立即收回已发放贷款,调减、撤销借款合同项下未提取借款额度,以及有权按照借款合同约定行使各项违约救济措施。(ta/a)
