格隆匯5月13日丨太化股份(600281.SH)公佈，為準確反映公司主業情況和戰略定位，擬將公司名稱由“太原化工股份有限公司”變更為“山西華陽新材料股份有限公司”，公司英文名稱由“Taiyuan Chemical Industry CO., LTD.”變更為“SHAN XI HUA YANG NEW MATERIALS CO., LTD.”，並調整營業範圍。
公司的原經營範圍：“建築施工、建設工程：化工設備管道防腐、保温、拆除、安裝工程；研製、開發、生產、銷售化工產品及原料(除危化品)、化肥、焦炭，生物化工產品(除危化品)、精細化工產品(除危化品)；貴金屬加工；機械製造(特種設備除外)；化工產品來料加工(除危化品)；工業用水生產；服裝加工；信息諮詢；批發零售儀器儀表、五金交電、金屬材料、鋼材、建材(除林區木材)、磁材不鏽鋼製品；加工銷售預拌商品混凝土；進出口：貨物進出口、技術進出口。(依法須經批准的項目，經相關部門批准後方可開展經營活動)。”
公司調整後的經營範圍：“合成材料製造(不含危險化學品)；合成材料銷售；新型膜材料製造；新型膜材料銷售；工程塑料及合成樹脂製造；工程塑料及合成樹脂銷售；生物基材料技術研發；生物基材料製造；生物基材料銷售；塑料製品製造；塑料製品銷售；基礎化學原料製造(不含危險化學品等許可類化學品的製造)；化工產品生產(不含許可類化工產品)；化工產品銷售(不含許可類化工產品)；專用化學產品製造(不含危險化學品)；專用化學產品銷售(不含危險化學品)；污水處理及其再生利用；住房租賃；非居住房地產租賃；土地使用權租賃；服裝製造；金屬製品修理；通用設備修理；貴金屬冶煉；新型催化材料及助劑銷售；合同能源管理；技術服務、技術開發、技術諮詢、技術交流、技術轉讓、技術推廣。(除依法須經批准的項目外，憑營業執照依法自主開展經營活動)”。
